How affiliate links work

Some accommodation and booking links are affiliate/referral links. If you make a booking after following one of these links, SmokingOn may receive a commission from the booking provider.

Where a link is monetized, SmokingOn provides a clear disclosure near the relevant accommodation/booking action.

Affiliation is separate from research and verification

Affiliate relationships do not determine SmokingOn's legal research, property verification status or smoking-policy conclusions.

Generic third-party search results are not SmokingOn-verified unless separate property-level research exists in the SmokingOn Collection. An affiliate relationship does not mean the property is SmokingOn-verified, that smoking is legally permitted, that the property permits smoking, or that inventory is available for your dates.

Third-party bookings

The booking platform and/or property controls pricing, availability, booking terms, cancellations and payment conditions for ordinary third-party bookings.

SmokingOn is not the accommodation provider or merchant of record for ordinary third-party bookings unless a separate SmokingOn-specific arrangement expressly says otherwise.
