A hotel may offer a smoking-permitted private guest bedroom, or a compliant separate smoking room. Communal indoor areas remain smoke-free. Neither possibility proves that a particular hotel offers it.

Milan’s citywide outdoor ban has a 10-metre isolation exception; RFI permits smoking only in marked outdoor areas.
